WHAT TO EXPECT
First Family Church is full of life! When you walk into the building there is a feeling of love and acceptance that make it easy for every person to receive from God. After an anointed time of worship, the Bible is taught without compromise from a modern-day perspective so it can be easily applied to your everyday life. The Word of God is written for us to use, and Pastor Hallam preaches in a way that brings understanding.
Your children and teenagers will be blessed too. The Nursery, Children's and Youth Ministries bring an exciting message from the Bible every week. Childcare is provided for ages 0-12 at each service. Youth Church is held in Thursday nights at 7:00 pm; teenagers are in the sanctuary on Sunday mornings with Pastor.
Thank you for being a part of First Family Church. Your life is about to go from good to great!

Christmas Eve, December 23 at 7 pm
Christmas is one of the most special times of the year. Families get together to celebrate, memories are made and most importantly we celebrate the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ. Abundant Life Christian Center takes time to showcase the grandeur of the arrival of Jesus and the beauty of the Christmas story in our annual candle light service on Christmas Eve. There are numerous Biblical representations throughout the story of Jesus' birth that show how a King can be both Ruler of all and humble at the same time. The fact that He was born in a manger does not signify poverty. His family looked for a place in a hotel before having to settle for a stable. The wonder of His arrival is that Joseph did all that was necessary to make sure his wife and son were provided for during their first few moments as mother and son.
The Wise Men and Shepherds who came signify that when you seek after God, you will find Him (Luke 11:9). They brought gifts and a loving heart into His presence. What an entrance! God was preparing Joseph and his family for a journey, and He made sure that everything was provided. The amazing thing about God is that He still does this today. He provides for His children so that we do not know a moment of lack.
Here is the fun part. A Heavenly choir was unveiled and sang when Jesus was born! Jesus had a kingly entrance when He came to Earth. The stars were brighter, the Heavens sang and people of all backgrounds came to honor Him.
Since God is an illustrator, we take notes from Him and show the Christmas story live. Come join Pastors Walter and Cindy Hallam and their family in the presentation of "A Gift to the King" at 7:00 pm on Christmas Eve. This one-hour display of the birth of Jesus will make a lasting impression on adults and children alike. Your children will love the animals and bringing their gift to Jesus. You will make this a family tradition of seeing the Christmas story acted out, receiving communion and bringing a special gift to the Savior at this candle light service.
